Play therapy is utilized to help children communicate their thoughts, feelings & experiences. Do you feel like you're carrying the weight of past experiences? For children: I provide a safe & supportive area to explore through play. A variety of materials such as toys, arts & crafts, & sand help to express themselves & process experiences. For trauma survivors: I create a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, & empowered. I'm here to walk beside you, not judge or pressure. Your healing is unique.
