My services include working with individuals, couples, and families; working primarily with adults. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, women’s issues, grief, DID, and military/veteran's issues. I use a therapeutic approach that pulls from many different modalities since no two clients are alike. My comprehensive approach always includes person-centered and systemic, allowing the clients to be the expert of their lives and allowing them to see the broader picture. My ability to help the clients get to the root cause of their struggles helps them find deeper meaning and purpose.
As your counselor, it is my goal to help you find your true meaning and purpose in life through healing deep-seeded inner wounds or helping you to reframe your thoughts and behaviors. The client-therapist relationship is the most important tool for effective therapy and it is my goal to come alongside you in a safe, non-judgmental way so you can heal.
I am willing to sit with you during life's darkest times and as we sit together, I collaborate with you through purposeful questions and feedback to allow you to begin seeing your way forward. For therapy to be successful, you must be committed to the process. I will hold hope for you until you can hold hope for yourself. Christian counseling by request.
