My patients often struggle with finding their worth due to poor self-esteem or past traumas. They often have difficulty asserting themselves and creating healthy boundaries in relationships. I enjoy working with patients and being a part of their growth and change as they find their true purpose and begin to live their best lives.
As an interactive, cognitive behavioral therapist my therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help patients effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion and understanding I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and then move into the specific challenges you are facing.
