Do you find yourself trying to make sense of life, transition or change? Such times can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lost, alone and exhausted. I believe each of us has our own wisdom, desires growth and healing, and wants to make a difference… and sometimes we lose our way.
We will work together to build awareness, understanding and make change, using a holistic approach. I will support you using practical tools, mindfulness and empower you to handle your current struggles. I am also trained in EMDR (eye movement and desensitization reprocessing).
While I enjoy seeing clients of all ages, I find that I especially connect with college students who are navigating life changes, relationships, etc and supporting women who are navigating the many stages of motherhood from perinatal and postpartum to the emotional shifts that accompany perimenopause and menopause.
