Do you experience depression or anxiety? Are you struggling with relationship issues? Are you having difficulty adjusting to life's challenges? Maybe you just want to improve the quality of your life. You may benefit from counseling. Quality of life and well-being is multi-dimensional and unique to each individual. I will work with you to discover what is keeping you from living your best life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I work with individuals, couples, families, public safety, and Veterans. I have specialized training in the treatment of trauma as well as treatments aimed at improving daily functioning and quality of life.
One of the biggest barriers to seeking counseling for Veterans and first responders is that many providers in the "civilian world" are unfamiliar with the lifestyle and culture of these professions. As the wife of a Veteran and first responder I understand these challenges.
