I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, relationship concerns, and neurodivergent experiences. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we create a supportive, affirming space where clients can better understand themselves, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater confidence, connection, and well-being.
I offer affirming therapy for children, teens, and adults, with a special interest in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients. Using play-based, somatic, and narrative approaches, I help clients navigate emotions, strengthen self-understanding, and build tools for meaningful growth and connection.
