I help people reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies so that healing emerges from within. Trauma and resiliency informed, I utilize IFS, EMDR, and Sandplay to help process past events and current beliefs. I offer an integrative approach that draws on years of experience supporting clients in healing, self-discovery, and lasting change.
My practice is a safe place for a diversity of experience and identification. Life has many challenges, transitions, and can be isolating at times.
