Mindfulness-Based Group for Kids
A Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy group where children will learn tools on how to IMPROVE SELF-ESTEEM ~IDENTIFY EMOTIONS AND FEELINGs ~LEARN SELF-REGULATION ~CULTIVATE THEIR CREATIVITY ~GAIN HEALTHY SOCIAL SKILLS ~LEARN TOOLS TO DECREASE STRESS ~STOP ANXIOUS OR REPETITIVE THOUGHTS ~INCREASE FOCUS ~IMPROVE ABILITY TO RESPOND TO CHALLENGES. Tuesdays from 6 pm to 7:30 pm for 5 weeks. $50 per group, which includes enrichment materials and a mindfulness kit to take home. There is also a parent participation component at the end of each session.

DBT group for teens
This Dialectical Behavior Therapy group for teens is a 5 week group beginning on July 6th. The group is held on Mondays from 1 pm to 2:30 pm via telehealth. The group will focus on learning healthy coping skills, social/peer relationship skills, how to handle overwhelming or uncomfortable emotions, and calming strategies. These are life-long skills your daughter will be able to take with her into adulthood. Space is limited and registration is required. DBT group for adults
A Dialectical Behavior Therapy group for woman ages 18+. Telehealth every Tuesday morning from 9:30 am to 11 am beginning February 27, 2024 for 5 weeks. The module will focus on developing emotional wisdom, decreasing self-defeating behaviors, decreasing emotional distress, and building effective relationship skills.
