There are strategies you can use to create happiness, endure situations, enjoy your family and manage your thoughts. I am a solution-focused counselor. I enjoy working with individuals and families who struggle with ADHD, autism, stress management, behavior issues, emotional dysregulation, social skills, depression, school/learning, and executive functioning issues (planning, task initiation, time management, problem-solving). My job is to provide you with a plethora of tools for your toolbox for life. Let’s get started!
Life changes, transitions, juggling school, work, and relationships can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unfulfilled. I specialize with conducting brief, solution-focused therapy with all ages (children to seniors). Every visit you will leave with a summary of interventions that you can implement immediately! My goal is for you feel true relief.
I have additional specialized training. I am certified with neurodivergent individuals with ADHD and spectrum qualities. I am also certified as a PEERS social skills trainer. I can teach you how to start conversations, initiate, and maintain relationships. I also have extensive advocacy experience with ADHD/ Autism and school 504/IEP’s meetings.

The group is available for all ages -elementary (3rd-5th graders), middle school, and high school students. The group lasts 1.5 hours and is really fun! The children learn real-world social skills such as introducing yourself, 15 conversation starters, small talk, compromising, agree to disagree, sportsmanship, top 10 ways to get attention in the first 5 minutes, how to get positive attention, and many more! The group is fun and they learn quickly!
