About
Currently accepting new clients. Are you feeling overwhelmed, guilty, sad, or lost? Starting therapy can feel scary, but having someone to guide you toward your goals can be very helpful. Our mental health should be taken care of just like our physical health. My approach to therapy as a clinician is very client centered, meaning, I respect where everyone is in their process of wanting to make change, because as we know, change is not always that easy.
I have over 13 years in the mental health field and have helped clients with a variety of issues; depression, anxiety/panic, grief, marital/parenting problems, divorce, and other stressful life events people may face. I have a great appreciation for addressing the many challenges women face in today's world and how nutrition impacts emotional regulation.
If you are ready to make the next step in your own personal journey toward improved health, I would be honored to assist you along the way with empathy and listening ears.
