Visiting a therapist is a brave step towards support and growth. Here you will find a safe and compassionate space to explore your experience at your own pace.
I help people who struggle with anxiety (worry, panic attacks, phobias such as fear of flying or driving, ruminations, social anxiety), people stuck in rituals and avoidance, OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder), depression and low self-esteem. If you are feeling stuck and don't know what else to do, we can work together to help you overcome your current challenges.
My approach to therapy is interactive and solution-focused and I tailor the methods and techniques I use to your individual needs.
For OCD, I use I-CBT (Inference based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) or ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention). My main framework is informed by ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
I enjoy working with adults committed to making a change in their life. I am a warm and attentive therapist, bilingual in English and French, and sensitive to cultural and religious differences. I look forward to welcoming you in my virtual office.
