I have extensive experience working with severe and persistent mental illness in
adults, including disorders that involve psychosis and complex trauma histories. I
utilize a harm reduction approach to help individuals navigate the complex
relationship between generational substance abuse and healthy human
development.
Common goals I work with include reducing the frequency and intensity of
symptoms andprocessing trauma history.
My practice utilizes a person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented
approach to instill hope. Through psychoeducation, you’ll learn how to identify
how your symptoms impact various areas of your life - such as sleep, hygiene,
nutrition, environment sensitivities, relationships, and physical health.
You are the expert of your lived experiences, and my role in therapy is to
collaborate with you on a treatment that is personalized and sustainable. My goal
is to provide support that not only addresses immediate concerns but promotes
long-term growth.
