When I first meet with clients they often express the feeling that they have lost their identity while trying to keep up with demands placed upon them from kids, spouse, work, and society. They put pressure on themselves to be perfect to the point of anxiety/depression. It's lonely and isolating. I am here to show you that there is hope and meaning in your future. I have many specialty areas including general anxiety/depression, perinatal mental health (for men and women), supporting those dealing with infertility, OCD, trauma and big life changes/transitions. I will help you find clarity in decision making and feel accepted and supported on your path no matter where you are now.
