I am deeply passionate about mental health and its ability to transform lives through support, insight and empowerment. I strive to meet each person where they are at, whether they are processing trauma, struggling with anxiety, depression or life transitions. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, cultures and sexual orientations. I work with children, teens, and adult clients. I am available to see clients in-person at Tailwinds Therapy located in downtown Clovis, CA or online for clients anywhere in the state of California.
My goal is to create a safe space built on trust as we collaborate together on your unique healing journey. I work from a narrative and psychodynamic framework that is rooted in empowering clients to find meaning in their life experiences… past, present, and future. I am EMDR trained and have experience working with a variety of mental health issues.
Whether you have been before, or this is your first time pursuing therapy, I know how scary it can be to make that first appointment. My hope is to make this process as easy and comfortable as possible.
