Life can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, or major life transitions. You may feel disconnected, weighed down by inner tension, or unsure how to move forward. I support adults and teens 16+ in navigating these challenges. I also provide neurodiversity-affirming care and autism/ADHD assessment for adults 21+.
Your system is wise, resilient, and has innate capacity for healing. My role is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore areas that feel stuck, release limiting beliefs, and begin to feel more empowered to live as your authentic self.
My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and person-centered. I tend to draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps you understand and care for the different “parts” of yourself with curiosity and compassion.
