Aubrey doesn’t see diagnosis as a limiting factor in life. We are whole beings, looking for support and connection, even if we feel broken at times, we can turn your broken pieces into a beautiful mosaic. We will use a short-term, or long-term approach, focusing on getting you out of therapy or reducing your time in therapy significantly! We will work on a quarterly basis contract (four-months) that we can renew if progress is being made!
Aubrey has worked primarily with clients who have extensive trauma histories as a mental health therapist, medical social worker, and youth and family therapist. Aubrey focuses on modalities such as: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), movement therapy, talk therapy, and trauma informed evidence-based interventions.
If you are interested in working towards healing the challenges in your life that cause unnecessary suffering and misery, and move towards acceptance, awareness, and change, please contact her to find out how you and Aubrey may work as a team to support your needs. Aubrey looks forward to working with you on your own unique healing journey!
