Our work together will combine thoughtful conversation with real-time tools that help you understand your patterns, process stress and old wounds, expand your emotional range, and build relationships and a life that don’t depend on you holding it all alone.

I specialize in working with men, lawyers, high-achievers, and fellow therapists navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD/Autism, and burnout. Using art therapy and IFS, we make emotions visible, understand what makes you tick, and build practical ways forward with compassion and honesty.

You probably don’t have the time or energy to sift through dozens of therapists or wait for a reply.
