Do you ever feel like no one understands you? Do you often feel worried, stressed or alone? I would love try to validate your worth by setting goals with you that makes you feel that you matter. I believe in all forms of self-care and putting in the work to love yourself so you can hopefully have better quality of life. Life can be frustrating and full of obstacles so let's try to find a new path to create that gets you as close as possible to where you truly want to be. I am a firm believer that nature is inherently healing, and what a remarkable place to live in Tennessee to heal our brokenness.
With a Social Work background, I take a more holistic approach to therapy, because if your basic needs aren't met, there's not much room to accomplish your goals and improve mental health concerns. I worked 13 years with the chronically ill, and I have extensive knowledge of divorce and blended families. I frequently use CBT and will be certified in DBT soon
It's your journey and your story...I'm just a guide on your path. So know that our work is a team approach, and I will meet you where you are trekking this journey together. I do not offer free consults, but you are more than welcome to decide if we're a good fit after the intake. I currently only offer evening and weekend appointments.
