I have training in healthcare across the lifespan, welcoming clients of all ages, with further specialization with children and teens. I enjoy working with a wide range of presentations with preference for eating disorders; obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, and trauma/grief related disorders. I believe that therapy should be a team approach with myself, the client , their family, and other health professional working together to help the client meet their full potential. I am a strong advocate for my client and take the time to teach them and their support system on how to advocate for themselves.
I believe healing comes from balancing acceptance and change. Using evidence-based treatments and DBT-informed approaches. I help clients facing eating disorders and other mental health challenges build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful goals.
