Of the many lessons that we are confronted with in our modern era, perhaps the most important is that of the vitalness of maintaining connection- within ourselves, first and foremost, so that we can know and call upon those personal resources that facilitate connection with all that is outside of us. Living with a mental health condition, such as depression or anxiety, can threaten our ability to know who we truly are and, as a result, deprive the world of our true gifts.
By engaging in a therapeutic relationship, where trust and safety are paramount, we can begin to weed through the "noise" and "busy-ness" that so effectively impede the ability to make our own acquaintance and to carry an accurate and consistent reflection of ourselves into the day-to-day. It is my privilege to be invited to accompany you in that pursuit.
I provide both Telehealth and face-to-face services in Bozeman, Townsend, and Helena. I also offer Care Management services and support to individuals confronting memory loss and their caregivers. My focus lies in bolstering capacities to achieve and maintain the highest quality of life possible.
