I approach therapy by providing a collaborative, attentive, and honest space where we can explore your internal landscape, gain insight into your patterns, and find new ways of being you. We may be a fit for each other if you experience anxiety, depression, family issues, life transitions, trauma, and more. People of all race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, and spiritual backgrounds are affirmed in my practice. I am an affinity-group therapist for LGBTQ+ folks.

My therapeutic style is open-minded and curious. Given the unique nature of our experiences as humans, I tailor sessions to address your specific needs and to create an environment where you can feel truly seen and heard. I practice therapy from a relational, psychodynamic perspective and my work with couples is informed by my training in the Gottman Method.

I have a steadfast belief that the right therapeutic fit can take people on a path toward deeper self-understanding, emotional sturdiness, and contentment.
