My goal is to provide a collaborative, relational, and honest space where we can explore your internal landscape, gain insight into your patterns, and find new ways of being. I work with individual adults and couples, and people of all race, culture, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and ability backgrounds are affirmed in my practice. I am an affinity therapist for LGBTQ+ folks.
In terms of approach, I practice therapy from a psychodynamic perspective. For couples work, I am currently furthering my skills by receiving training in the Gottman Method. I use my attentive style to tailor sessions specifically for your needs and to create a space where you can experience being truly seen and heard.
