I approach therapy by providing an attentive and honest space where we can explore your internal landscape, gain insight into your patterns, and find authentic ways of being you. We may be a good fit if you experience anxiety, depression, challenging family relationships, feeling stuck, trauma, and more. I affirm people of all ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, ability, and class backgrounds, and I'm an affinity group therapist for LGBTQ+ folks.

Our work together will be collaborative and specifically designed for your personal growth. I actively tailor sessions to meet the needs of your unique personality and to create an environment where you can feel truly seen and heard. I have extensive training in psychodynamic therapy, and my work with couples is informed by my training in the Gottman Method.
