It is my goal to provide a collaborative, honest space where we can explore your internal landscape, gain insight into your patterns, and find new ways of being. I am a fit for adults seeking individual or couple therapy for a number of topics including major life transitions, managing complex relationships, grief, heartbreak, trauma, burnout, anxiety, LGBTQ+ issues, and depression. I am an affinity therapist for 2SLGBTQ+ folks.
In terms of approach, I practice psychotherapy from a psychodynamic perspective. My style is open and curious, and I use my attentive personality to create a space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Sessions are tailored to meet your unique life story. People of all race gender, sexual orientation, faith, and ability are affirmed in my practice.
