Hi, I'm Aubrey. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples, helping people find grounding and connection in the midst of life’s transitions - whether they’re anticipated shifts or sudden changes that leave you feeling lost. I also support clients healing from betrayal trauma, offering a safe space to process their pain and begin rebuilding trust. These seasons of life can be disorienting and overwhelming, but I believe they also hold potential for clarity, growth, and deeper connection—with yourself and others.

EFT is an evidence-based, attachment-focused approach that helps people understand their emotional patterns and create stronger, more secure connections with themselves and others. I approach therapy with both compassion and direction, helping clients move through difficult changes at a pace that feels safe and empowering.
