By meeting people where they are and using individualized techniques, often my clients express feeling seen and a sense of hope and direction. I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, particularly childhood trauma from abuse and neglect, as well as stress management and weight management. I am trained in EMDR and Level One Trained Internal Family Systems. As a certified yoga instructor I often incorporate mindfulness and breath work into my sessions.
I provide a warm supportive space and a sense of openness to explore the root of distress and best methods for healing. My practice is grounded in the mind body connection, allowing for individualized approaches to find health, healing and a sense of peace.
