You're just not happy. When you lay your head on the pillow, your brain won't shut off as you sort through the unfinished business of the day or things yet to come. Maybe you've been told you're an over-thinker, or over-sensitive. Sometimes, it’s the opposite - life is so overwhelming lately and it’s hard to do the things you need to do. Perhaps it’s a difficult relationship that you can't seem to untangle no matter what you try, or something happened recently and you're not sure what to make of it. Whatever the cause(s), you’re stuck and hope someone can help you sort it out.

I help people look at things differently, identify reasonable expectations, improve the way they see themselves, communicate more effectively to improve all relationships, and sort through the past when it's affecting the present. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Interns.

My main goal is to empower you on your growth journey with increased understanding and new tools that you can use long after you've left my office. We are lead by your values, hopes and goals. Office hours are M-F, 8a-4p.
