I provide therapy services for adults and teens ages 14+, with a focus on anxiety disorders, stress, trauma, relationship and attachment. I find immense value in Inner Child work, Behavioral therapy for anxiety or intrusive thoughts, ACT, Gestalt approaches with imagination, or role play, and Internal Family Systems therapy.
I believe you are the expert on YOU. My style is warm, friendly, and very interactive. My clients say that they feel comfortable, at ease, and safe with me. I enjoy using humor when its appropriate, and getting to know you really well. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship.
