I help women and men reconnect with themselves through talk and art therapy. Whether you're navigating burnout, relationship tension, or a loss of purpose, I offer weekly sessions, virtual or in-person, that feel like a deep breath. You don’t have to have the words; we’ll find them together.

Imagine walking into a room where everyone gets you on a deep and raw level because they're safe to be open about it, and you feel safe too. This is a place where you can truly be yourself and explore in ways you can't with people you normally encounter. We talk, joke, make art, cry, and heal together. Our group projects are designed to further your therapeutic process and supplement your individual journey. Come experience a place where you feel comfortable and welcomed.
