I am passionate about supporting those ready and willing to face the trials and traumas that we all experience throughout life. I love working with individuals seeking support to create change in their lives. It is easy to get stuck and we often hold onto past traumas and hurts that can create mental, emotional, physical and spiritual dis-ease. Finding your way back to Self is critical in living a heart centered life and that is my Hope for you. Healing is possible and we are not meant to walk this path alone. One of my mantras is "Turn your pain into your purpose". I also offer Equine Therapy through Hope Reins Healing.

I believe in a Holistic Therapeutic Approach addressing mind, body and spirit to offer well rounded support. All of our systems are connected and impact one another. I utilize Brain Spotting, Sound Healing, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Somatic Healing and other Integrative approaches to get to the root issues of nervous system dysregulation.

My down to earth and compassionate approach will create a safe environment to explore the root causes of the struggles you are facing. I truly believe our body, mind and spirit are capable of complete healing if given the opportunity to do so in a safe healing container that honors each individuals unique life experiences and needs.

Three modalities I pull from to support clients are Brainspotting, which is used to help reprocess trauma through somatic experiencing and reprocessing. I also utilize somatic therapies with my vibroaccoustic table which helps regulate the nervous system and I also work with Ketamine in office with clients to address depression, anxiety and ptsd. I also use a Client Centered approach.

This group is for women looking to build community with one another as they gain support, healing and time in a beautiful outdoor environment to work on healing and growth through the use of partnering with horses. This group is supportive of those addressing and healing from trauma, PTSD and DV. This specific group is covered through a grant for those that qualify financially for assistance.
