Hi there, I'm Aubree! My name is Aubree Dospoy, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am based in North County, San Diego, and I work via telehealth with clients statewide in California. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I work with adults and adolescents using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to work toward goals and support growth. My approach to therapy is individual to the client. We will work together to explore your needs and decide what to focus on to get the most benefit from our time together.
I work well with a wide range of clients and can be flexible to a range of ages and life experiences. I work especially well with adolescents and young adults to navigate life-related issues and build a foundation of skills to manage anxiety and depression symptoms.
I am warm, calm, and nonjudgmental. I am truly happy to be supporting and partnering with clients to help them feel better, and that is authentically conveyed in my approach. I am honest and comfortable being directive when needed to provide a sense of safety and security.
