My approach to therapy is relationally based, trauma-informed, and is grounded in attachment-based therapy. I have trained in multiple treatment approaches and believe in being responsive to your needs in order to tap into your innate capacity for healing. Looking at the impact of the world around us and the impact we have on others is a platform for growth.
