Located in Athens and Mansfield Pennsylvania, Attuned Counseling and Trauma Therapy, LLC seeks to provide private therapeutic services to individuals in the community. We offer medication management and psychotherapy. We offer in person or virtual appointments in both locations. We work with individuals with mental health concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, grief/loss, dissociation, and other life stressors. We serve all populations of the community, from young children to older adults.
Our clinicians utilize several different evidenced based therapeutic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, IFS, Somatic Therapies, EMDR, DBT methods, Art Therapy methods, Mindfulness Techniques, and Play Therapy methods. We strive to provide a comfortable environment for anyone seeking services as we know how hard that first step is to take!
Since seeing the need in services in the area we are trying to bridge the gap in services by expanding our reach to Mansfield and surrounding areas.
