When we experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for our lives to feel like they are unraveling. However, I believe that navigating a painful past can pave the way for us to evolve into our strongest, most resilient selves and write a new story. My passion is walking alongside you on your path to healing.
I help teens, adults, and families build healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships, always prioritizing a safe space where you can find peace. In my practice, I utilize evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, a BA in Family Consumer Studies, and a minor in Spanish. Over my 21-year career as a Mental Health Therapist including 10 years as a Clinical Supervisor—I have specialized in helping clients overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Building on my background, my core strengths include supporting individuals through trauma (PTSD), depression, and anxiety. Having served as a first responder myself, I also have a deep, firsthand understanding of the unique challenges faced by first responders and crisis workers, and I am dedicated to helping them navigate stress and trauma.
