I specialize in helping them understand how past trauma shaped their self-perception and impacted how they relate to the world. You can change old coping mechanisms and live life filled with connection, love and joy.

The therapeutic setting will be free of judgement and if you allow it, can help you explore parts of yourself that you have been afraid to share, maybe even look at. I have many tools available including EMDR, Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Attachment-based and others. These help regulate PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and shame.

Putting in the work will help you to better live in relationship with others, experience growth and gain a newfound appreciation for life.
