Helping people to rediscover their innate goodness and power is central to my work. I am particularly drawn to work with women in transition and survivors of abuse and traumatic stress.
I am trained in Psychosynthesis, a model formulated by Roberto Assagioli in the early 1900s. Psychosynthesis offers an integration of psychological and spiritual models with a holistic perspective. I have completed training in leadership and group work and a program in Transformational Life Coaching. I am trained in EMDR therapy, an evidence based trauma treatment.
I use a holistic, interpersonal approach, incorporating experiential practices like imagery and mindfulness, and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and growth.
