Eating Disorders Group for Females - Park City- UT
This group is open to all females of any age, who feel they are struggling with any type of disordered behavior related to eating food and/or body image. The focus will be on learning techniques and coping skills to maintain a healthy and balanced life. Examples of disordered eating include, but are not limited to, restricting food intake, purging to compensate for calories consumed, over exercising to the point of exhaustion, or consuming abnormally large quantities of food in one sitting (binge eating).
