I have experience treating a wide array of issues including, emotional issues, anxiety, depression, self-harming, behavior issues, self-esteem, abuse, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about understanding life's challenges and the complexities they entail. My straight forward approach quickly helps individuals learn healthy coping skills and develop a positive life outlook.

I am trained in various approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), & Neurofeedback Therapy.
I have a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling and am a fully licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of Utah. I have served in the helping professions since 2008.
