I schedule appointments in the evenings and on weekends. I do telehealth appointments through a HIPAA compliant web program, it's easy to get it setup.
I use proven techniques and adjust my approach to fit your specific needs. This allows you to immediately apply what you learn to your life. I provide a caring and judgement-free environment for you to make progress. I have extensive experience with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
