Hi, my name is Shawna Gillen. I work to create a safe compassionate and therapeutic environment in which a client can feel seen, heard and valued as an individual. I use a variety of techniques to empower clients to work toward understanding and changing maladaptive patterns and cycles, learn coping skills for mood management and begin to heal from trauma, loss and other painful life experiences. I am currently offering Telehealth sessions only.
I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, families and couples. I value individuals for who they are and what they have experienced in their life. I feel honored to be allowed into a person's journey toward balance and/or healing.
