I offer virtual therapy for people suffering with symptoms of trauma, major depression, severe anxiety, ADHD, autism, grief, intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, women’s issues, men’s issues, relationship, marital, parenting issues, divorce, as well as phase of life transitions. I have also worked with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and individuals and families dealing with substance abuse/addiction issues. I am very comfortable with people of all gender identities, including lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning, queer, intersex, asexual, pansexual, and Allies (LGBTQIA+).

We aim to empower, support and remove barriers for people of all neurotypes and all ages. Our specializations are 1) ADHD, Autism and sensory processing coaching, occupational therapy, psychotherapy and medication prescription 2) Concussion, headache/migraine, and whiplash cranial massage and rehabilitation and 3) mental health therapy: PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more (for anyone with or without a diagnosis). We are LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and do surgery and HRT letter writing.

With a lifelong passion for helping people who are struggling, I value strong, empathic listening skills and helping my clients look for effective solutions in their lives. I specialize in working with those suffering with anxiety, depression, postpartum depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma and addictions. I also work with women's issues such as self-esteem, shame, and body image.

My career began in the field of Substance Abuse. From there I have been working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults with various mental diagnoses over the past 13 years. I am involved in various Human Rights campaigns and a firm believer in equality. My philosophy is simple, provide no-nonsense, affordable care for the people.

I am trained in accelerated resolution therapy, a trauma informed model (similar to EMDR). I am very validating and edifying at times, but I don't sugarcoat what needs to be said.
