The Tree of Life Counseling Center offers one-on-one individual, couples, and family counseling within a safe and confidential environment to examine issues within the privacy of a psychotherapeutic session. Individual counseling provides a healing environment to discuss personal and relationship issues, childhood issues, or problems surfacing from everyday life due to fatigue and exhaustion, personal life changes and employment or career-related stress.
Therapists at the Tree of Life Counseling Center provide a safe environment to discuss current or past stress, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief/loss, fear, identity issues, concerns about one’s intimate relationships, or feelings of self-doubt and low self-worth. We allow those we serve to examine, contemplate, and work through these feelings and issues.
Learning healthier coping strategies and facing confusing and often conflicting feelings can be positive steps towards living a happier, healthier, more peaceful life.
