I chose this name because I deeply believe that, beyond mere symptom management, lasting healing and change really are possible to each of us. My treatment strategy is focused on the accurate identification and healing of emotional traumas and the replacement of self-defeating patterns. While helping clients thoroughly understand and address root causes, I also help them reconnect with personal joys, using the power of mindfulness-based, cognitive, and structural strategies.
