Working with individuals experiencing anxiety and/or depression is my passion. I want to offer tools and coping skills to help live a fulfilling life despite the challenges that depression and anxiety bring. I have specifically noticed a rise in anxiety and depression amongst teens. I love helping this age group in giving them the best start at life possible, and assist them in building self-confidence and love for themselves as they go through this exciting stage of self-discovery. Helping women and young women discover their value and worth is the greatest reward in this life.
I specialize working with individuals in developing coping skills to help with anxiety and depression. I have a lot of experience working as a couple's therapist. I use emotionally focused therapy to help couples learn communication skills and reconnect with each other.
I have a genuine love and care for the people that I work with. I use humor to connect with my clients and create a safe and comfortable place to be. I have a very positive outlook on life and look for the silver lining in any challenge that life throws at us.
