I am an empathetic therapist specializing in the treatment of children and young adults. I enjoy using Play Therapy techniques, as play is truly the language children use for communicating and healing. I enjoy the challenge, honesty, and rewards of working with kids. I have experience working with co-parenting, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum, ADHD, addiction, violence related issues, and LGTBQ. I also enjoy working with parents, utilizing some techniques from Gottman Institute, Love and Logic, and Incredible Years curriculum. I look forward to working cooperatively with your child and family.
Along with my creative interventions, I use Structural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy models. I think of things systemically, as we are all interconnected. Therapy is a very personal experience and no two people are the same. I will tailor my therapeutic approach to fit you and your unique needs.
