Therapy is very much a process of developing a relationship with someone you can truly trust who takes the time to really get to know you and what you’re going through. Treatment depends on the cause, which could be related to trauma, temperament, biology, and relationships to name a few. We will work together to identify what’s causing your distress and develop a plan to fit your individual needs.
I take a holistic approach integrating "deep dive" modalities for internal exploration with basic tools to help you show up in the world more effectively. Depending on your needs we may enhance talk therapy with EMDR, IFS, Clinical Hypnosis, Ketamine Therapy, DBT, Myers Briggs, ADHD coaching, and/or Expressive Arts Therapy.
I am here with an open mind and heart to hold space for your process of growth. I consider your innermost thoughts and feelings to be sacred. Having been on this journey myself, I really understand how much it means to have a safe place to truly be yourself.
