"It is not uncommon to feel alone in our challenges, I believe it is important for us to feel that we are Not alone." I love the opportunity to help those individuals and their family members who are ready for change, whether that be in day to day living, problem solving, thinking patterns, relationships, resurfacing memories, repetitive behaviors, anger or mood imbalance. I have been a practicing therapist since 2004 and have treated multiple types of anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, abuse/neglect, PTSD and other mood and behavioral disorders. I also work with first responders and veterans.
Though I work with a variety of emotional and behavioral diagnoses, I have a great love for treating victims/survivors; survivors of any kind whether they be victims of another or the responders aiding those who have been injured. I am EMDR trained as well as use multiple Trauma Focused approaches. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
I am a member of the National Association of Trauma Professionals. I consider myself lucky to work with with multiple facets of trauma in all areas of life. I am blessed for the experience to work with those who trust me to hold their most sensitive emotional experiences.
