My approach is an affirmative space. I help many navigate the difficult journey of their faith crises and revolutions. This is a very hard time to navigate and the universe is calling us to heal. I don't judge ANY of my clients and I meet them where they are at to work on their goals. I have special trainings and certifications with Brainspotting a brain based trauma approach; working with children through play therapy, couples therapy & LGBTQ+ relationships and issues. I also have extensive experience wading through the struggles of stepfamily and blended family issues. You deserve a supportive space to manage life.
I have play therapy specialties and I love working with children. They need support just like adults. I am also dedicated to offering safety to my LGBTQ+ friends and family. I have recently added body and energy/Reiki healing to my practice and approach also. "There is no turf when it comes to healing"- David Grand. There is so much we all carry.
My number 1 goal is to make therapy a safe space for people. It really shouldn't matter what you're struggling through, feeling or experiencing. You don't need to go it alone. We all deserve support with the battles we fight. We are all "wounded healers". Sometimes we just need a safe space to learn to trust our body and intuition again.

Groups
Dare to Share Group (Women's and Men's Group)
We are hosting a women's support group Fridays from 10 am-12 pm and a men's support group Saturdays 10 am -12 pm. Group will focus on providing a supportive and healing environment for various life issues including: divorce, trauma, shame, loss, depression, emotion coaching, PTSD, stepfamily issues, LGBTQ issues, and many more. $160/ 4 group sessions or per month. Self pay, bishop bill or HSA.
