I also provide Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy (PRYT). PRYT blends mind-body psychology with gentle movement and supported yoga postures as a way of processing and releasing stress-induced tension/pain. This is a one on one session where the client can process the physical, emotional and mental imprints of significant life events.
Clients are essentially engaged in a meditation with their body as the portal - focusing on breath and movement and noticing what arises in the space - physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
