I understand that clients are often feeling desperate and hopeless so my goal for a first session is to build hope and begin to offer researched based interventions and ideas that work! Short term, effective, enjoyable therapy services is my goal as a therapist. Most clients report after a first appointment that they feel at ease with my gentle, kind, and supportive approach.
