I specialize in all types of traumas both “Little t” and “Big T” traumas (i.e. family or origins, bullying, chronic health, divorce, adjustment issues, life change, to all types of abuse and harm), PTSD, depression, addiction, and anxiety. I work with individuals, families, couples, the LGTBQIA+ community, first responders/military, and ages 4-76+ years old. As your therapist, therapy, we can do worth together to grow and heal.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I provide high quality outpatient mental health treatment to individuals, couples, and families who are suffering from a variety of presenting problems. By creating a safe environment, and providing seasoned therapeutic challenge, clients have the ability to identify, address, and resolve the problems which bring them to therapy. I work with young adults, families, and couples helping them to shed light on themselves and the systems of which they are a part. I have worked predominately with clients experiencing symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, addictive disorders, and personality disorders. I have a background in wilderness therapy and experiential treatment and love to introduce creative, alternative modes of expression to my clients, including yoga movement, narrative, and outdoor based therapies (walk and talk). By the end of our first session, most of my clients feel relieved and hopeful for their next steps.

My approach is an affirmative space. I help many navigate the difficult journey of their faith crises and revolutions. This is a very hard time to navigate and the universe is calling us to heal. I don't judge ANY of my clients and I meet them where they are at to work on their goals. I have special trainings and certifications with Brainspotting a brain based trauma approach; working with children through play therapy, couples therapy & LGBTQ+ relationships and issues. I strive to help my clients to honestly and courageously seek to understand the conceptual nature of their problems with trauma, addiction, and relationship patterns. As couples and families learn to see each other, create and maintain safety and security, and soothe each other they can find deep and satisfying connections.
