I really enjoy working with women and teens, specifically who are LGBTQ, Neurodivergent, or have personality disorders or dissociation, chronic illness, or religious trauma. Living in the state that we do can feel very overwhelming and you may not feel accepted, or feel like an outcast. Would you like to feel comfortable and confident in your body and your relationships? I’d love to help you reach your goals, and be your most genuine and authentic self!
I have a lot of skills in my tool box because each client is different and their treatment should be individualized. Not everything is going to work for every person, every time. Together we will find what works best for your specific wants and needs from therapy. My main modalities are EMDR, DBT, and Geek Therapy (yes, that’s a thing!).
As a therapist, and a person, I value honesty above all else. I believe it is the basis of trust for the therapeutic relationship. The client needs to first be honest with themselves about their issues, then be honest with me so that I can help the best I can. In return, I will have honesty and transparency while working with you.
